Did you know that the use of drones for any real estate or commercial work is strictly prohibited unless you carry an FAA Part 107 certification?  This means that you can't just buy a drone and shoot photos for marketing or sale.  The fine for using such photos is $11,000 per incident, even if you didn't take them.  This is why it doesn't pay to cut corners and hire your friend with a drone to take photos or video.  The FAA is cracking down on unauthorized drone usage and it's more important than ever that the people you hire to do your drone photography are authorized to do so.  
Dynmaic Imagery By Travis LLC is FAA certified and also carries liability insurance to protect you should there be an accident.  This is one of the reasons drone photography is priced as it is.  Beyond the high cost of equipment, there is a significant amount of work and costs that go into legally flying a drone.  Before every flight we:

• Check airspace requirements

• Get FAA flight approval in certain locations

• Detailed analysis of weather to determine flight parameters

• Make sure insurance overage is in place for the specific flight
