Basic Package

Package is for those who
just need a small number of professional interior & exterior images for you listing.

Photographer chooses the amount of images that best portray the space. Up to 15 photos total
Premiere Package
$600
The premiere package is for those hosts who want their listing to stand out from the rest.

Photographer chooses the amount of images that best portray the space. Typically up to 50 images depending on the size of the home.
Platinum Package
$1800
This is the all-in package. It requires hosts to dedicate a two night stay at the property to us to capture the property in mornings, evenings, and to take time creating a full portfolio of content for your space.

IMPORTANT DRONE NOTES

All drone work is subject to airspace restrictions and FAA laws. Some locations will not allow flying as high and we will modify the delivered images based on the FAA flight restrictions. 400' max is the legal limit above ground level.

Drone shoots are weather contingent. We cannot fly in rain, snow, high winds, and below 15F. If a shoot is scheduled for a day affected by any of these conditions, we will do our best to move the shoot to a better day, based on our schedule. If any of these conditions are present once we are onsite and shooting a property, drone imaging would need to be skipped.

We will fly on sunny or overcast days. Overcast days provide the best photos with the fewest shadows. All images are replaced with blue skies.
